What are your payment terms?
We invoice at the beginning of each month, payable within 7 days. For project-based work like website development, we follow a milestone-based payment structure: typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and online payments.
Can I get a custom package?

Do you offer refunds?
